Ora Sarah crede che Chuck sia una spia corrotta, e sotto ordine di Quinn riprende lIntersect dal governo consegnandoglielo, ma si rende conto troppo tardi che tutto quello che Quinn le ha raccontato non la verit, quindi torna da Chuck per dirgli addio, in quanto non prova pi nulla per lui. La serie finisce con lacquisizione di Chuck dellultimo Intersect esistente al mondo, la morte di Quinn, Casey che parte per rintracciare Gertrude, Morgan e Alex che vanno a vivere insieme ed Ellie e Devon che si trasferiscono a Chicago con Mary Bartowski.
